YES. You can browse through the collections without creating an account and select merchandise you like. But to be able to buy, you need to set up an account which is a fairly easy process. As this is the official online store of The Tapri Store, we unconditionally guarantee that every item we sell is 100% authentic and that the materials used are true. Please note that we are unable to comment on the authenticity of any items not purchased from The Tapri Store. And also we do provide a warranty for our jewellery for a period of 6 months from the date of purchase. We will cover all types of repairs and polish issues free of cost during that period. However, if the product is crushed or completely tampered, we will not be able to help you.
While we have made every effort to display colours of the products as accurately as possible on the website, we cannot guarantee that your monitor or screen display of any colour will be completely accurate, as computer monitors and screens of electronic devices vary. Some products may also appear smaller or larger than their image displayed on our website.
All items are in stock unless ‘SOLD OUT'/'Make On Order' is displayed. Please be aware that even if an item is in your shopping bag, it can still be bought by another customer until you have completed your order. Orders within India are shipped via DTDC/Delhivery/FedEx/Indian Speed post and are delivered within 10-15 working days for readily available products. International orders are shipped via International EMS, a speed post service by India Postal services- delivery time: 25-40 business days from the date we receive payment. On a average we will receive your payments in 5-7 bank working days. Please note that estimated delivery times are to be used as a guide only and commence from the date of dispatch. For International orders, there might be delays due to customs clearance procedures. .International Orders We do not have any control once the product is handed over to the logistics.

The Duties & Taxes for international orders depends on the country where it is shipped. Each country will have its own regulations. The Additional Duties are to be borne by the customer. These charges will be billed separately to you by the courier company at the time of delivery.
