Shipping Information - India 

1. Estimated delivery time depends on the pincode and the mode of payment. Average delivery time is 7 to 12 business working days as per the availability of the product.
2. Shipping is free across India.
3. 2 or more items ordered together may not always be shipped together. Shipment depends on the product availability and warehouse location.

Shipping Information – Outside India

1. The time of delivery varies for each country as per their import and customs regulations. (Average delivery time 25-40 Business working days).
2. Express/Priority shipping will take average delivery time of 15-25 days.
3. International shipping charges starts from Rs.4500 to Rs.6000 as per thecountry, selected payment mode, total order value and the import and customs regulations of the selected country. 
4. Free International shipping will be provided for order value above Rs.1 Lakh. Friends and family members can club their order together and place a single bulk order to avail this benefit.
5. Important: Import Duties and other taxes will be applied as per your country's regulations and are to be borne by the customer. These charges will be billed separately to you by the courier company at the time of delivery.
6. For International orders, Tapri India is not liable in case of any delays in logistics due to flight unavailability at logistics end, custom clearance process or any other unforeseen circumstances.
7. After quality check by customs official in India, all International orders are packed under their live supervision. The consignment willbe inspected, scanned and checked for jewellery using X-ray and then signed by the Customs department of India.
8. Cancellation of International orders is not allowed under any circumstance. 

 General Information

1. Any sold out product, if it can be manufactured again, will take 30-45 Business working days for manufacturing process. The delivery can be done only after the product is manufactured and is ready to be dispatched.  
2. Any customised product will take 45-60 working days to manufacture. So, the delivery can be done only when the product is ready to be dispatched.

1. Custom design products will take 45-55 business working days to manufacture. There will be chances of 20% variation in the design and also in the weight of the product. There will be variation in the pricing also as per the final product.
2. All the jewellery are handcrafted and have semi-precious stones in them which may have slight irregularities or imperfections because of the human involvement in the manufacturing process. Itgives unique touch to the finished products while ensuring you have a one of a kind jewellery. 
3. Cancellation of customized products is not allowed after confirmation.
4. The quoted price has to be paid as an advance payment before we start the manufacturing process.After the manufacturing process if there is a change in the price/weight of the product, we will send you a payment link for the same. Once the payment is done, the order will be shipped.
